R2 Mortgage Partners (Rahul and Rushi Shah) is a mortgage brokerage in Alberta, Canada, operating through The Mortgage Firm and Dominion Lending Centres. You can reach us at Info@R2MortgagePartners.ca.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the name, phone number, topic and message you send us. If you book a call through our scheduling page, the scheduling service collects your name, email and chosen time. If you subscribe to our email updates, we collect your email address. If you apply for a mortgage with us, we will explain separately what personal and financial information we need and how we protect it. Please do not send your SIN, banking details or income documents through the website form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide mortgage advice and services, and meet our legal and licensing obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. If we run ads, we may also use the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure the results of ads on Instagram and Facebook and show our ads to people who have visited our site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and receive information such as your device, browser, pages viewed and approximate location. They do not receive what you type into our contact form. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, our site does not load these tools. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Third-party services
We use outside services to run the site, including Cloudflare (hosting and news updates), Web3Forms (delivers our contact form to our email), Calendly (booking), MailerLite (email newsletter), Google reCAPTCHA (protects our signup form from spam) and Google Fonts. These services have their own privacy policies.
Email updates
If you subscribe, we send occasional emails about Bank of Canada rate announcements, mortgage tips and updates, only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing Info@R2MortgagePartners.ca.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Info@R2MortgagePartners.ca.
